What is a Private Healthcare Membership Association?
Under the First and Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of our State Constitution, you have the right to associate with fellow members and offer benefits and services that are outside of the jurisdiction, venue, and authority of State and/or Federal agencies. This is done by changing the public patient or client into a private contract member of a Private Healthcare Membership Association.
U.S. Constitution Protections
First Amendment: Freedom of speech and assembly
Fourth Amendment: Freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures
Fifth Amendment: Due process will be part of any proceeding denying “life, liberty or property”
Ninth Amendment: Guarantees certain inalienable rights to every man, woman, and child
Fourteenth Amendment: Right to associate with fellow members and offer benefits and services that are outside of the jurisdiction, venue, and authority of State and/or Federal agencies

We will be launching clinics and micro-hospitals around Arizona with Healthcare professionals in every genre of practice. As a Member of our Private Health Association, you can choose to see any practitioner at your clinic.
